Breitling's Aviator Ref. 765 1953 Re Edition hand wound watch is a celebration of the Co Pilot Ref. 765 AVI that was first introduced in '53 (starred next to another classic: the Navitimer). A resilient and reliable style donned by pilots, the original was executed in shock resistant stainless stell with a highly domed Hesalite crystal to protect the Arabic numerals beneath. And this version?
