Details
The signature Ikaria sandal references the ancient myth that inspired the birth of our brand - in which the flying sandals were made for Hermes on the beautiful island of Crete - but rather than our classic vachetta leather this style is created in colourful recycled rubber. Lighter and more delicate than a retro jelly shoe this Ikaria sandal is just a little more playful than its traditional older sister - and perfect for the beach or pool. Although seemingly more modern this shoe draws on decades of craftsmanship from the family of one our founders Nikolas Minoglou whose grandfather launched the first rubber rain boot factory in Greece in 1957.
