Chopard's 'Mille Miglia GTS Power Control' watch is inspired by the iconic Italian car race, the Swiss watchmaker has been its lead sponsor and official timekeeper since 1988. Taking cues from historic competition cars, of which the house's Co-President Mr Karl-Friedrich Scheufele is an avid collector, this timepiece has a 43mm stainless steel and 18-karat rose gold case, a ruthenium grey dial and a Chopard 01.08-C automatic movement entirely developed, produced and assembled in the watchmaker's Fleurier manufacture. Aside from classic timekeeping functions, motorsports enthusiasts will appreciate the perforated rubber-lined cognac leather strap inspired by '60s Dunlop racing tyres.
