‘Cut' came from a series of experiments by playing with the thickness and the surface of the hot glass to create a rippling effect. Inspired by the glistening waves of the seas, we wanted to capture the same effect of constant play of lights. The glass changes with every angle, very fluid in its perception, creating a unique dispersion of light. Each piece rests slightly unique due to its natural weight and cut shape.
