This captivating collection draws inspiration from the remarkable creations featured in Erika Lagerbielke's exclusive exhibition, 'Blue Planet,' showcased at Galleri Glas in Stockholm and the prestigious Kosta Boda Art Gallery in Sweden during 2022. The name 'Iris' pays homage to the Greek mythological goddess of the rainbow, perfectly reflecting the radiant allure of these vases. Handblown in Kosta, Sweden, the dropshaped vases use a multicolored underlay and optical pattern. A technique that secures variation in the thickness of the glass during the hot shop process.
