Panerai's 'Radiomir' watch was created to provide enhanced legibility in murky waters, and was selected for use by the Italian Navy. Referencing the original, this 'Otto Gironi' model has a robust stainless steel case that's hand-finished and treated with PVD for an aged, vintage feel. It's powered by a Swiss-made P.5000 hand-wound movement, which you can view through the exhibition case back, and fitted with an Incabloc Parechoc® anti-shock device for durability.
