Bergamot mingles with Artemesia to create a fresh foil for a note of cool Rose at the heart of this creation, warmed by a blend of Cedar, Guaiac, Cade, and Aoud Woods, with sandalwoodlike Amyris, where exotic notes of Gurjum, Cypriol, and Patchouli are enlivened by Cumin and Cardamom, nestling on a leathery base of Frankincense, Citsus, and Labdanum.Top Notes: Bergamot and Artemesia.Heart Notes: Rose and Patisserie Accord.Base Notes: Cumin, Cardamom, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Guaiacwood, Aoud, Juniper Wood, Amyris, Cypriol, Gurjum, Frankincense and Cistus, Labdanum.'I first fell in love with Aoud when I was working in the Middle East-exploring the fragrances of the region and people's responses to them. I discovered that whilst there was an unrequited love for the ingredient there was a craving for something new, something creative. Surrounded by indulgence and edible guilty pleasures, I began playing with the idea of combining Aoud with gourmand elements.
