As with all of LOEWE's designs, the interlocking 'L' anagram was drawn from both craftsmanship and aesthetics - first designed by Spanish painter Vicente Vela in 1970, the style was based on branding irons used on the leather skins. Here, the logo puts a brand of quality on the House's ready-to-wear, marking this fine linen shirt as a creation of the label.
