How To Use Connect one end of the USB cable to the power control box and the other to the bottom of the device. Connect the main power cord to the power control box output and fasten straps to the mask. Press the power button to turn on the power indicator lights and then press the ON/OFF button to light up the device. Then press the Colour button to select the colour cycle (colour: red blue green yellow and white). Press the + or - Time key to choose the preferred time (recommended 15- 30 minutes) and adjust the intensity of the light by pressing the + or -Energy buttons. Start LED therapy on the lowest intensity setting and slowly increase. Place the device over the face and adjust straps to fit before switching on the light. Keep eyes closed during the light therapy. The mask will auto-shutdown when the timer has completed. Start slow with settings for 10 minutes 2-3 times week and slowly increase to 30 minutes.
